Cocconut And Sat Fats

Theory of conversation on the act of locating

PLACED ON THE ACT OF

I read somewhere that the Orthodox Jews, whenever they wake after sleep at night, thank God for having made his soul back, well you might have missed during the night, separated from the body for the duration of sleep.

Without being Jews, somehow we all practice the same ritual. When we woke up immediately a composition of place, and once they see that this is our bedroom, or hotel room when we travel, or the bedroom of the house of a friend if we stayed, then give a sigh of relief. The elements of the day, including the agenda ahead, go ordering in a few seconds and then we jump of bed and start the day with the script perfectly composed.

Frequent travelers and die-hard fans may not recognize the place where they spent the night, and in seconds or fractions of a second, feel the panic of not settle, not situated in space and time. Something similar happens with those suffering from existential angst or nausea, madmen and poets.

more constant mental exercise, parallel to our reason, is the act of locations, stand. We live constantly putting us, but this year is as unconscious as breathing.

With these elements, we can judge the importance it has for the sudden displacement narrative art in space and time. Perhaps the most famous example is " The Metamorphosis" by Franz Kafka:

"When Gregor Samsa awoke one morning after a restless sleep, was found on his bed into a monstrous insect." He lay on his back hard, and as a shell and, lifting his head slightly, saw a bulging belly, brownish, hard parts divided by arched, on whose boss could hardly keep the blanket, on the point of sliding to the floor.

His numerous legs, pitifully thin in comparison with the rest of his size, he quivered helplessly before his eyes. "What has happened to me?" He thought. It was a dream. His room, a real human habitation, although rather small, lay quiet between the four walls well known. "

The beginning of this novel is so distressing and must Kafka might well have ignored the rest of the text.

There are many examples. Flaubert said gazing long enough something or other so it becomes interesting. Marx had said physical metaphysics. Cortazar makes their characters come into a gallery of Buenos Aires and out suddenly appear in Paris. Daher Gary put in a similar situation a traveler arrives at a strange hotel is a labyrinth where nobody recognizes him.

One can surmise other similar situations.

Imagine someone takes the usual minibus and blocks away, pay attention to the street and realizes he does not know where, that avenue is not the San Martín , and people who see does not seem to Cochabamba, and signs announcing destinations of the minibus unknown.
